EXPLORE
From our initial meeting and throughout the process, our focus is on you. Whether in person or virtual, we welcome the opportunity to meet and see you in your surroundings. We pride ourselves on developing close partnerships with our clients. We ask essential questions to determine what is important to you in how you live. We learn by listening. We work with you to determine priorities, set goals and pinpoint objectives for your project.
COLLABORATE
Great results are generally realized by a team of people, committed to the overall goal. Prior to drafting architectural plans, it’s imperative to bring your design team together, whether it be your architect, builder, interior designer, and/or landscape architect. Collectively, we apply what we have discovered in our exploratory phase to your conceptual designs. We bring our own expertise in interior architecture and design that can help in the early stages of programming.
BUDGET
Transparency, accuracy, and integrity are at the core of our next phase. A furnishing budget is outlined for your approval and includes the full scope of our design time. Throughout each project, a detailed record of expenditures is updated regularly so that clients can see where they are in accordance with their budget at any particular time.
CREATE
We lead our clients through an effortless process of layering subtle colors and textures while implementing personal elements, all with beautiful results. Inspired by your own ambitions, we create a detailed schematic design. We’ll refine the details and specify key finishes and materials for flooring, lighting, plumbing, appliances, wall and window treatments, furniture, and more. Your final design is then presented to you for your approval.
IMPLEMENT
We hit the ground running. We place your orders and conduct regular onsite meetings with your builder and architect to ensure the designs are carried out in the manner that we and you have imagined.
INSTALL
By far, the install is our favorite phase! Once the house is cleaned by professionals, we bring in a team of tradespeople to install window treatments, rugs, lighting, and furniture. We add artwork and accessories for the final touch. You’ll walk into a finished space that delivers on aesthetics, function, and lifestyle.
