STRIKING BALANCE…

Clean lines and a minimalist structure characterize this sleek, modern vacation home in Cape Cod. Elevated, the home appears to float above the landscape, creating an airy, open space with large glass windows and sliding doors that dominate the façade, inviting in natural light. Inside, our team delivered a vibrant, art-forward transformation that reflected the clients’ love of color and contemporary style. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas were unified through bold, expressive design choices—lime green bar stools energize the kitchen island, while a deep lavender punctuates the dining room beneath sculpted lighting. The living room is anchored by a large fireplace with a stone surround. The room’s interior features a mix of patterns and a playful color palette accented by the glass coffee table, which boasts abstract legs in tinted shades of purple and yellow, casting colorful prisms of light throughout the room. The overall effect is cheerful, artistic, and effortlessly inviting, perfect for a coastal retreat. Overall, the design strikes a balance between modern sophistication and a playful palette, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and scenic enjoyment.
